Infection prevention and control during the COVID-19 pandemic are new challenges of international cooperation; however, NCKU still faces challenges without fear. The 2020 NCKU Overseas Week is so successful and creates a new model of online conference (virtual conference).

During the Overseas Week, NCKU invited public health experts and epidemiologist not only from Taiwan Center of Disease Control but also from Malaysia to discuss Taiwan's quick response to the prevention of COVID-19. In addition, there were scholars from Thailand to join the online conference. All experts, scholars, and epidemiologists in online conference shared opinions mutually about the strategies of epidemic prevention.

NCKU expects itself to make the society better, and put a lot of efforts to international cooperation. “Partnership for the Goals” is not only a slogan, but also a mission that NCKU is going to accomplish.
