Since the outbreak of COVID-19 from the end of 2019, the governor has been applying themselves to all contingency measures, urging the biomedical R&D and application of technology to fight against the pandemic. Being on the front line of the battle and the top university in southern Taiwan, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) integrate all the resources in a short time with the clerical experience and technology in an effort to connect the government and the world to combat the pandemic.
