National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) held events for NCKU-MU Week at one of NCKU’s overseas hubs, Mahidol University (MU) on November 20th and 21th, 2019, showing strengthened ties between the two. NCKU said it would develop trilateral cooperation with MU and other countries or universities and invite MU to establish a united research center in NCKU. After the events in Malaysia, NCKU then held 28 seminars in cooperation with Mahidol University, Khon Kaen University, Kasartsart University and King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabangand with 200 high-profile scholars in attendance. The topics involved different main issues, such as medical care, electronic materials, infectious disease prevention, and big data.
