The two-day Virtual 2023 Colorectal Cancer Symposium was held from 30^th to 31^st March, 2023 to raise public awareness and to improve the understanding of colorectal cancer disease. This event was jointly organized by Universiti Malaya, UM Health, UM Specialist Centre, and the Malaysian Society of Colorectal Surgeons. The NCKU Overseas Hub in Malaysia and the Malaysian Research University Network (MRUN) acted as the strategic partners of the event. The virtual symposium was divided into four sessions involving 12 experts from different institutions and organizations. A total of 167 participants attended the event, and most of them were specialists/medical officers, general practitioners, and nurses from all over Malaysia. All the sessions were recorded and available on Facebook.
