The innovation strategy of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) will be introduced. The vision is to develop new technology and to make a better world. The goal is to transform NCKU into a global leader in the realm of university-industry innovation. The research headquarters was reformed into an Innovation Headquarters with an emphasis on industrial liaison and startup acceleration. The Medical Device Innovation, a Center of Excellence of the Ministry of Education since 2011, will be a good example for illustrating the success of innovation.
