2025 Taiwan Scholarships for Malaysians

We are pleased to share that the Taiwan Scholarships Program 2025 will be open for applications from February 1 to April 30, 2025. Below are the key details of the scholarship programs:
Online Application Period : 01/02/2025- 30/04/2025
The MOE Taiwan Scholarship Program offers recipients tuition and miscellaneous expenses of NTD 40,000 (approx. RM5,800) each semester. Additionally, undergraduate recipients will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 15,000 (approx. RM2,200), while postgraduate recipients will receive NTD 20,000 (approx. RM2,900) per month.
2. MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program (Scholarships for short-term Mandarin Courses)
Online Application Period : 01/02/2025- 30/04/2025
The MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES) Program is offered for the Mandarin language learner to study at any university-affiliated language center in Taiwan. Recipient will receive a fixed monthly stipend of NTD 25,000 (approx. RM3,600) for either a 3 or 6-month scholarship starting from September 1st, 2024.

3. 2025 TaiwanICDF Scholarship Program
Online Application Period : 01/12/2024- 15/03/2025
The TaiwanICDF Scholarship Program is open for applications from Malaysians for English-taught Master's and Doctoral degrees at 19 universities in Taiwan, starting September 2025.
This fully funded scholarship includes return airfare, housing, tuition, insurance, textbooks, and a monthly allowance of NT$18,000 ( approx. RM2,600) for Master's programs, or NT$20,000 ( approx. RM2,900) for Ph.D. programs. There are 29 programs available, each with specific deadlines.
