🎓 We’ve invited researchers with open internship positions to introduce their labs, and share their ongoing research.
👨‍🏫 Prof. Yu-Chuan Lin’s research group at NCKU is driving innovation in heterogeneous catalysis for sustainable energy, working on CO₂ hydrogenation, methane conversion, and plasma-assisted catalysis. Through the TEEP program, international students can gain hands-on research experience, learn in a supportive interdisciplinary environment, and explore Taiwan’s world-class academic training. Prof Lin welcomes motivated candidates in green energy, materials science, and catalytic engineering to join him in shaping a sustainable future.
👨‍🏫 Dr. Ting-Yuan Tu will share his research on developing advanced in vitro models enhanced with artificial intelligence to study cancer biology and treatment responses. He will highlight how microfluidic technologies, organoid and tumor models, and AI-driven analysis can accelerate drug screening, personalize cancer therapies, and bridge the gap between laboratory research and clinical applications. The session will also introduce opportunities to join Dr. Tu’s lab at NCKU through the TEEP program, where students can gain hands-on experience in interdisciplinary biomedical engineering research.
👨‍🏫 Dr. Teng-Hao Chen's research group focuses on synthesizing novel functional porous materials, including metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), porous molecular crystals (PMCs), and supramolecular cages. In response to the growing global population and rising energy demands, they developed advanced porous materials for applications in energy storage, CO₂ capture, and nanomedicine. Students and researchers in Dr. Chen's group will gain comprehensive training in synthetic chemistry, material characterization, and the development of innovative applications with real-world impact.
Don’t miss this chance to gain valuable insights and take the first step toward an exciting academic journey in Taiwan! 🌏📚
