In response to the government’s New Southbound Policy, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Universiti Putra Malaysia and Malaysia Aquaculture Development Association (MADA) signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on April 24, 2018 to broaden their industry-academic cooperation on agriculture and fishing industry. NCKU has been partnering with the south-east Asia region for several years and has been dedicated to turn the studies into practice with strong platforms, expecting to strengthen the industry-academic ties and create shared values among producers and top universities in both countries.
